Tried and tested
Autumn 2005 saw successful pilot programmes run in the Salisbury Phase 4 Club and the Royal Bournemouth Hospital Cardiac Rehabilitation Club. The Bournemouth Club holds 13 classes a week and found the Pack very useful - they continue to use it on a regular basis. Some of the feedback received:
